Welcome to your first no-sew crochet pattern from Projectarian’s menagerie!

Well, almost… The only sewing part of Mars is his big bunny eyes.

Other than that, you can make Mars all in one easy-peasy piece! All the way from nose to tail:

But let’s say you wanted your hopper to have a fluffy tail instead.
Mars’s pattern includes instructions for adding a puffy pompom instead of a crocheted tail!

Want even more options?
You can make Mars is 2 different sizes! 15 or 20 cm:

Here you can see that both bunnies are palm-sized and pose-able. Mars can sit up at attention or lay flat on his belly with his feet either kicked out or tucked under his body.
Using the two different sizes you can make a whole bunny family! Mars can also be made as Jupiter’s baby

Mars’s body is worked all in one piece and this pattern will teach you how to join the ears and legs as you go. It will also teach you a bit of simple embroidery to make the nose, illustrated in very detailed steps so you’re guaranteed to succeed.

This bunbun is an exceptionally fast pattern to work up, and ideal for those who are brand new to amigurumi.
Along with the pattern you’ll also get a copy of my Amigurumi Pro Tips booklet which will teach you every single necessary skill required for this pattern! All you have to know to begin with is how to make a single crochet!

If you’re a little nervous about venturing into this alone – don’t be! You will have direct access to me as the designer for any support you may need. In addition, this pattern is co-hosted by Hooked on Sunshine who have an incredible team of friendly helpers who will be happy to answer any questions you have about the pattern if you happen to get stuck.
