RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
I gladly accept returns, with a money-back guarantee on any of the following grounds:
- product does not match the description
- product is not fit for its intended purpose
- product is of unsatisfactory quality
Since I endeavor to ship your parcel to you swiftly, any cancellations should be made within a few hours if you need to cancel your order for any reason.
Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping costs will borne by the buyer.
Products must be returned in their original condition.
To avoid shipping fees, you’re welcome to collect your parcel from me! I live in Leisure Bay (KZN), so if you’re nearby and able to collect, please contact me for arrangements before paying for your order! Collection can be arranged from Port Edward, spanning all the way to Port Shepstone. I also travel to Durban once a month for the I Heart market, where collections can be arranged.
The default postage option is overnight, to your NEAREST POST OFFICE, with a tracking number. Contact me for door-to-door, snail mail, or international shipping options.

FAQ: CROCHET PATTERNS
I just purchase a pattern but I can’t find it.
As soon as your payment is made, you’ll automatically get an Receipt from hello@Projectarian.com, delivered to the email address you entered at Checkout. There is a link in that receipt which you can click to download your pattern.
If you can’t find that email, please login to your Account and click on Downloads, where you’ll see a list of the patterns you’ve purchased.
I accidentally deleted my pattern file from my computer.
You can download your pattern an unlimited number of times once you’ve purchased it. Login to your Account and click on Downloads to find all the patterns you’ve purchased.
Custom commissions are welcome!
Custom requests may only include variations of existing Projectarian designs. You may request for any creature from my existing range to be made to your exact specifications! You can view the entire range in the Gallery, and check out new releases in the Shop.
